Idea of Project
I was excited to complete this project. It had to include three different colors though. I had a few different ideas first but they weren't three separate colors. Then as I was thinking it came to me. When I was in eighth grade I went to The Great Wolf with a few friends and we all got shirts. Theres were Batman and Superman, mine was Captain America. Once I remembered that I look at a logo of it and it was perfect. I got to work getting the image all switched over to the right format and it was a piece of cake after that. The last thing was finding a place where I was going to put it when I was all finished with it. I ended up putting it on the back on my keyboard for my iPad. I really like how it ended up turning out.

Steps to Completion
The process for completing it went very smoothly. All I had to do was find an image of what I wanted and move it to Illustrator. Once it was on there I created four separate docs so I could do all the parts on there own page. After I moved them all to there own page, moved them to the vinyl cutter down in the lab. Cut all of them out with there different colors and then applied them to the tape as they were suppose to be. Once I had them all on there own tape, I took them home to apply to my keyboard. I had to think about what would be the best way to layer them so it would work out. Once I did that I applied them and it turned out just how I imagined it to be.

Summary
In this rotation I learned that you have to be precise with what your working with because some on the vinyl (metallic) didn't want to peel off very well which mad me have to do that piece over again. It was really fun and interesting working with the vinyl because there are so many things that you can make with it that would be very cool. I just wish that you could have one where you can blend the colors together so you don't have such a dramatic border to all your different colors. I had a lot of fun with this machine and would like to keep using it to make other decals that I would use.
